The concluding report will identify system flaws and potential hidden and unnecessary as well as propose solutions to address each one and simplify overall IT management.
SOFTWARE SELECTION
Assist clients to identify and design process improvements that can be enabled by modern applications. Work with business leaders to accurately communicate the improvement objectives and requirements for the vendor selection process in order to develop realistic implementation plans and estimates to achieve the changes. Provide oversight and project management throughout the implementation plan and statement of work (SOW) to ensure specific requirements, scope and timeframe are effectively met.
IT BUDGETING
Assist clients in achieving alignment between technology expenses and the demands of the business. Work with firm management executives to on short and long-term forecasting to create transparency for the cost, quality, and value of IT services.
IT STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
Assist clients in creating a one to three-year strategic plan to help gain business value from existing and potential IT investments and functions. Identify potential areas to gain a significant competitive advantage and the necessary costs/resources required to achieve it.
